we climbed one of the cranes, which was pretty perilous. up one ladder, over to another ladder, on to a ledge, up and over on a shorter ladder - which involved swinging your leg around the side of the ladder - and we were there. there was another ladder to go up, which required standing on the guardrail to get to - i passed on that one. i don't have a great feel for how high up we were, but around 3 stories sounds right.
